- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time or in case of no-shows will be charged for one night.
- For non-refundable bookings, no cancellation or refund will be permitted.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay.
- Loud music, parties, illegal activities, and disturbing other guests or residents are strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest.
5. Visitors Policy
- Non-registered visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms after 9:00 PM.
- Guests are responsible for their visitors and their conduct within the property.
6. Payment Terms
- All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.
- Payment can be made online through secure gateways or in person at the time of check-in (if applicable).
- In case of any failed payments or disputes, bookings may be cancelled at our discretion.

- Vermont Vista is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Use of amenities (kitchen, balcony, common areas, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.
- We are not liable for interruptions in services (like power, water, internet) caused by external factors.

- You agree not to misuse the website for fraudulent purposes or any unlawful activity.
